Headcount Management System (HMS)
The Headcount Management System is designed to offer an overview report on the status of the employees, visitors, vendors and operation staff in a building or premise. The features offered by the system are as follows :
- To display the current statuses of employees, visitors, vendors and operation staff
- To provide overview of headcount for roll call during emergency evacuation
- To search the historical statuses by name, date, building and floor filters
- To generate a report of the employees still in the building
- To filter based on employee, department and company
- To provide a login user interface for access to the web portal
- To provide the badge activity report for selected employees, visitors, vendors and operation staffs
