Headcount Management System (HMS)

The Headcount Management System is designed to offer an overview report on the status of the employees, visitors, vendors and operation staff in a building or premise. The features offered by the system are as follows :

To display the current statuses of employees, visitors, vendors and operation staff
To provide overview of headcount for roll call during emergency evacuation
To search the historical statuses by name, date, building and floor filters
To generate a report of the employees still in the building
To filter based on employee, department and company
To provide a login user interface for access to the web portal
To provide the badge activity report for selected employees, visitors, vendors and operation staffs
