Entro Visitor Management System
is a secure visitor identification management solution allowing for visitor’s information to be seamlessly and electronically captured, it helps to store visitor’s information in the database which can be easily retrieved.
Entro VMS can quickly identify registered guests and securely keep track of who is on your premise at all times. For secure authentication, biometric readers or webcams can be integrated with the system to capture the visitor’s biometric credentials, such as facial image. The automation of the visitor registration process greatly increases the efficiency with contactless access.
An optional self-registration kiosk can also be added, whereby visitors can simply self-check in via multiple types of data capturing devices, thereby further reducing unnecessary check-in time.
Entro dashboards and functionalities enable viewing of “who is in your building” at any given time, across any time zone, and who their host is for ease of contact. The check-in and check-out screens are in real-time. The colour coded event category allows for easy viewing of tenants, employees, visitors and contractors that are on site.
